As the Rim Country’s lone classy joint, this bright eatery melds tasty, nicely presented food with an upscale but decidedly unstuffy atmosphere. Pressed tablecloths, a full bar and professional servers cater to both formal dinner guests and trail-weary hikers with equal panache.
